Giants?
Have you guys ever thought about it?
I think there are pretty much strong chances that they existed. As we have been hearing stories from our Ancestors about it. I have started believing in their existence.
We have pretty much all the history from the religions around the world that state their existence.
For Example
The Christian community has the story of David and Goliath.
I found this on Quora
written by Edward Smith.

The Bible only describes Goliath’s size at about 9ft+. The Nephilim were not described in detail as to their physical size, but no doubt they were big men. They could have been between 7 to 9ft, the Bible does not say, so this is speculative on the basis that they were hybrids. All the Bible says was that they were extremely violent.
Gen. 6:1–4 “Now when men started to grow in number on the surface of the ground and daughters were born to them, the sons of the true God began to notice that the daughters of men were beautiful. So they began taking as wives all whom they chose. 3 Then Jehovah said: “My spirit will not tolerate man indefinitely, because he is only flesh. Accordingly, his days will amount to 120 years.”
4 The Nephʹi·lim were on the earth in those days and afterward. During that time the sons of the true God continued to have relations with the daughters of men, and these bore sons to them. They were the mighty ones of old times, the men of fame.” NWT WOL.
The Hindu Religion has various characters like Hanuman, Kumbhkarn, Gatotkutch, Hidimba, and Bheem.
Bakasur, Vaman avatar(form) of Lord Vishnu and so on.
Hanuman is one of the most prominent character in Indian Mythology. According to stories Hanuman was the demigod who can change his shape whenever he needs according to his will. There are several examples of stories where Hanuman grew his size twice of the mountain sanjivni. There are also stories where he diminished his size as small as a mosquito. Ramayan is full of stories like this.
This painting is done in Mughal Empire depicting Lord Hanuman lifting sanjivni Mountain.
